Comfortable bed, nice shower, staff hospitality, food nearby and you can ask for delivery, super 2 blocks away, close to the subway, connects to everywhere. Excellent point, few 15 minutes from downtown and with many shops and main streets in the area. Excellent. I would return to stay without hesitation.

heating had to be regulated but it's ok, little bit small but for one to sleep it's enough. only thing that in winter it gets dark at 4 pm and to stay inside the hotel is a little embolante, it would be good that it had some place of recreation. Not having breakfast also lowers a point, it compensates for the fact that they let you eat in the rooms unlike other hotels. Obviously that affects the care of the rooms. floor was very stained, in the bathroom they didn't leave a towel for your feet, since there was no screen, it was inevitable that the floor would get wet, sink was very small.

The location of the hotel is excellent - a direct line from Heathrow Airport - metres 600 - 700, there is a metro station even closer and a bus stop nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can leave your belongings after check-out. Comfortable bed and good bed linen. Coffee - tea and kettle in the room.

rooms are small, that is typical for London in general, in the first room, where we checked in on arrival, size of the room itself and bathroom were so small that it was really impossible to turn neither in the room nor the bathroom. After moving to another room, everything was more or less normal. Most of all, we didn't like the fact that the towels weren't changed, since there was no place to dry them all the time with a wet towel, it was very unpleasant.

Property was convenient, I greatly enjoyed the stay.

I had a decent stay in a long time. Everything was brand-new, good staff, fantastic location near a Sainsbury's. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was decent! The service was excellent in my opinion. Took the advantage of the parking on premises.

This place is located in a cool neighborhood, close to a subway station 🚇. The food here is pretty good and the bar is cozy and welcoming.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and professional, printing directions to the train station for me. The hotel's location is close to the West Kensington underground station and a small grocery store. I appreciated the clean hallway, sheets, and towels. Also, the lift was a nice addition after a day of sightseeing.

Nothing to complain about at all.
